Pantry with a Loading Dock!

My brother and sister-in-law are currently dreaming of their future house that they would love to build on a farm that they purchased a couple of years ago.  My brother came up with a brilliant idea!!

A pantry with a loading dock!

The plan is to have the pantry and the garage share the same wall.  When my brother and sister-in-law get home from the store, they can open a small door from the garage that leads to the pantry.

Imagine it, carrying in all of the groceries without setting foot in the house - Brilliant!!
